6-7pm- Girls in Grades 3 & 4
7-8 pm- Boys in Grade 3
8-9 pm- Boys in Grade 4

11/5/25
6-7pm- Girls in Grades 5/6
7-8 pm- Boys in Grade 5
8-9 pm- Boys in Grade 6

If your child is unable to attend their scheduled evaluation time, we will do our best to properly place them on a team.

PTAA youth basketball

PTAA Youth Basketball is comprised of students in the Palmerton Area School District.  The elementary age group is divided into six different divisions.  There is an in-house program designed specifically to get Kindergarten through 3rd graders out and on the court to start to develop an interest in basketball.  There is also a travel program that is designed to become a bit more competitive and begin that love of the game!  The ultimate goal of the program is to allow a winter outlet for our children and to expose them to the sport of basketball!

As of October 2024, the basketball program became part of the Palmerton Towamensing Athletic Association (PTAA); creating two additional board positions to serve as program officers.
